This is a limited edition set as I have crafted this using an orphaned roll end. This set includes a rectangle wooden tissue box cover which measures W 248 x D 132 x H 102 and a wooden medium waste paper bin that measures W 220 x D 170 x H 295 both have been made in the art of decoupage. Several layers of UV and water resistant varnish have been applied to insure the papers are sealed and your pieces will stand the test of time for generations to come. Care instructions: please wipe or dust with a soft fabric dust cloth and furniture polish.
In 1892, William Morris conceived the exquisite "Bachelors Button," an artistic rendition capturing the singular beauty of cornflowers, renowned in folklore as tokens worn by enamored young men.
Inspired by an archival pattern featuring Batchelor's Button gracing its cover, this particular design served as the impetus for Ben Pentreath's Morris & Co. x Queen Square collection. Infused with a contemporary flair and an unmistakable liveliness, sweeping leaves, reminiscent of medieval frescoes, gracefully envelop this captivating paper. A specimen of the original paper is available to view at London's Victoria & Albert Museum.
Painted in Little Greene's new shade of 'Ganache' from the 'Sweet Treats' range which is a colour match as one of the hues adorning an intricately painted ceiling at Blickling Hall in Norfolk. This historical treasure, concealed behind boards in the early 20th century, resurfaced almost a century later following a flood.
A Beatrice Bloom London home accent goes beyond mere functionality, elevating itself to a versatile centrepiece that effortlessly blends into sophisticated interiors, seamlessly marrying practicality with aesthetic charm.
I want to clarify that I am not affiliated with any of the brands mentioned on this page. My admiration for their designs and colors is purely personal. Additionally, I assure you that all papers I use are 100% authentic.
