Information on customs and Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) is an international trade term meaning the seller is responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer is responsible for import duties.

Tracking details will be provided and I only use UPS for all of my shipments. You will be notified once the shipment arrives to your port of entry via UPS who will alert you of the charges to clear customs and have your parcel released. Please do keep an eye on tracking to ensure that your shipment will not get held up at customs.

If you would like a guide price of how much the DDU charges to your country are expected to be, please reach out before you order and I can speak to my UPS account manager for an estimate of duty charges for your order.
